I know many people have been patiently waiting for this post – it’s been a long time coming … as much as I was dying to share these photos, as soon as I had a first peek at them I knew I’d have a hard time choosing favorites.

I gotta say, sweet Pamela is ONE artsy bride with a beautiful taste! I have never seen such a colorful wedding in my life! It was like a festival of colors and emotions! What a wedding, what a week! I had a very special feeling when I got the first email from Pamela that this wedding will be different – this girl put a LOT of thoughts and love into everything she did … starting with the “message in a bottle” wedding invitation, the Mayan ceremony, the gorgeous venue in Tulum … all the “little” details and last but not least … our day after shoot! I have no words for this wedding! I think everybody that came to Mexico to celebrate with Pamela & David agrees, it was *just beautiful* event and you guys are SUCH a sweet and special couple, I’ll keep you in my heart for forever!

Pamela and David got ready at the Grand Palladium, White Sand and held their Mayan Ceremony as well as their reception at the gorgeous Las Ranitas, Tulum, Mexico

Shhhhht, are you ready for this? Here we go:

Look at that wonderful, custom made wedding gown AND Pamela’s beautiful necklace that she did herself!

What a beautiful bride!

Check out the back of the necklace! Pretty, right???!! She also did the girl’s necklaces (told you, she’s ONE CRAFTY bride!), while grandma made their dresses!

Cuteness! Pamela’s nieces:

SO gorgeous!

Look at the colors!! everybody was wearing a different color dress!

Couldn’t resist to put the next two photos next to each other :o) Love the blue! These were taken at Las Ranitas.

Meet the groom David! :o)

Mr. Handsome :o)

Told you! Festival of colors! :o) David & Pamela had some Mayan Dancers perform a dance before the ceremony! I wish I could ad music to my photos. It was just SO fun!

Ahhh so pretty! I wish I could go back in time!

LOVE the next few! PURE JOY!

and look at that smile!!

those two are truly made for each other!

And one of all the guests! :o) Look at the coloooooors!!! HOW FUN!

Oh my! Love, love, love the boutonnieres and the bouquets! What should I say?? I loved EVERYTHING about this wedding!

Family!

My goodness!! Will it be awkward if I hang some of your wedding photos on my wall?? Haha!

Fiesta!!

Did I mention that those two lovebirds got married exactly 10 years after they met in Mexico? On cinco de mayo.

<3

I really had a hard time putting ANY of these photos into sepia, but thought it fit for this photo …

Duckies for Good Luck (heard that putting duckies into the ocean is a Mexican custom?). They sure are one LUCKY couple and I was ONE LUCKY photographer!!

Gotta love David :o))) He was making fun of me posing Pamela :o)))) David, you got some moves! Bet GQ will call you right after I make this post public :o))

The message in a bottle aka coolest destination wedding invitation EVER!

SUNSET! Could the colors be any prettier???

Sneaking in a photo I took of them at the Grand Palladium:

Back at the venue:

I mean seriously! Look at those FUN “table cloths” … and colorful frames – that I believe P&D brought from home!

and now check out their table settings! Colors, colors, colors! They made the napkins & napkin rings, the signs, brought the vases from home .. check out the drink (key) charms. Love, love, love!

Flowers for your hair ladies? This bride thought of everything!

and look at that pretty view! What a PERFECT location, Las Ranitas is directly at the beach, just so pretty and perfectly BREEZY!

Oh and like this was enough …. check out their little Mexican-Tequila-shots!!!

Sneaking one more photo in from the hotel:

I have decided to include Pamela’s & David’s Trash the Dress / Day After photos into the same post, because I really don’t want you to miss them :o) So here we go:

What a dream bride, right?

Pamela got in touch with a cenote owner and organized us private access to a couple of cenotes! How fun!!! I could have photographed those two the entire day … well … with some swimming pool breaks maybe … hehe … it was HOT out in cenote-land! :o))) But OH SO WORTH the trip! We started the next day bright and early with the drive to the cenotes … and ended up doing a few more photos at their / our pretty hotel the Grand Palladium, White Sand:

a little break in between photo-locations :o)

That’s it! WOW! Uhm ….. I don’t know about you guys, but I’ll miss posting photos from this wedding!

Pamela & David, THANK YOU SOSOOO MUCH for *everything*! I had an absolute blast at your wedding and it was just so WONDERFUL having you in front of my camera! I wish you a lifetime of happiness!! We’ll stay in touch :o)
